Five-Thing Thursday: April 1st

Welcome, everyone to another installment of Five Thing Thursday and…

Here are Five Things I want you to Know:

Thing #1:  Wales Won the Six Nations Championship!! Huge thanks to Scotland for beating France!

Thing #2:  Scrivener for Windows v 3.0 is out after a very long delay. I’ve got it downloaded, but I’m hesitant to jump in just yet.

Thing #3: I walked a total of 136.45 miles over the month of March. It gives me a new appreciation for the epic trip that Frodo and Sam made.

Thing #4: This week’s Audio Landscape has been brought to you by… Triumph.

Thing #5: Related to Thing #3 – That trip was approximately 1800 miles. I am going to use the fact that this post goes live on April 1st to start my own “Walk into Mordor.” Every Thursday I’ll post the distance I’ve walked and plot out where I would be in Middle Earth if I started out In the Shire (as one would).

So, this being the first day of the first week (by Shire reckoning) I am at Bag End (Zero Miles).

Bag End, Hobbiton

What am  I reading this week?

2 Ravens and 1 Crow by Kevin Herne

Annihilation Aria by Michael R Underwood

How have I been relaxing and refilling the well?

This weekend, I’m going to make a definite effort to take my foot off the gas and take a look around.
