Five-Thing Thursday: August 25th

Welcome, everyone to another Installment of Five Thing Thursday!

Here are Five Things that I want you to know:

Thing #1: Try as you might, you can’t “Make Time” for anything. This is kind of funny when you consider that…

Thing #2: Time is a human construct

Thing #3: One of the things that I enjoy the most about going on my (nearly) daily walks is that I am more “In the Moment” at that time than most of the rest of the day – though I’m making an effort to change that.

Thing #4: Playing on the mental Jukebox right now: The Eagle Flies Alone by Arch Enemy.

Thing #5: I am, at this moment, choosing to compose this post. That means that I am choosing to not do any number of other things. I try to hold onto the spirit of this thought as I move through the day.

How have I been relaxing and refilling the well?

Focusing on Sleep. Sometimes adulting sucks in the moment, but waking up the next day is so much better for the extra snooze time
