Welcome to another Installment of Five-Thing Thursday!
Here are Five Things that I want you to know:
Thing #1: This has been a long week – or at least it’s felt like it.
Thing #2: Protect your energy. Get proper sleep. It really makes a difference.
Thing #3: You can manage balance between all aspects of your self, but it’s not something you can achieve, then put on the back burner.
Thing #4: What’s playing on the Mental Jukebox today: Last Ride of the Day by Nightwish
Thing #5: Remember: Someone telling you to do something “On your own time” implies that there are moments when your time isn’t your own. That’s horseshit.

How have I been relaxing and refilling the well?
There’s been a lot going on this week and I was kind of in survival mode for a few days. Sleep was impacted, everything. I’m coming out of that now and I’m building back up. Hopefully this weekend will let me get even closer to, if not reach baseline.
