Thing #5:Â I’m pretty sure I’ve said this before but, apparently, it needs repeating: Don’t stop looking for new things that bring you joy.

What am I looking forward to this week?
Round 2 of the Women’s Six Nations tournament. France v Scotland could be a spicy match, same for Ireland v Italy. England v Wales…well it’ll be a big ask for Cymru. Not to say that they can’t pull it off – the days where matches were foregone conclusions are gone, so we’ll see what happens.
